• Seal the ducts 

• Seal the exterior 

• Install a programmable thermostat

• Replace old windows

• Install a new shower head

• Add a ventilation fan

• Replace incandescent lightbulbs

• Replace old appliances with new, high-efficiency models

    Air duct Cleaning has become just as important as stopping smoking .I think that more people should get their air ducts and vents cleaned to decrease pollution.
